Mobile equipment support

When the machine cannot reasonably come to the shop.

Common questions

Answers before you call.

What information helps with a field service request?

Give an exact machine location and access instructions. Describe whether the machine can move, steer and load.

Should I include the machine serial number?

Yes. Send the complete model and serial number, current hours, machine location, fault codes, clear photos and the sequence of the problem whenever possible.

Is field service available?

Field-service coverage depends on location, machine, safety, travel and scheduling. Call the nearest store to determine whether field support or shop transport is the better plan.

Four Montana locations. One experienced team.

Availability, represented product lines and service capabilities can vary by location. Tell us where the machine will work and what it needs to do; we will route the request to the right Shepherd’s Garage team.
