Yes. Send the complete model and serial number, current hours, machine location, fault codes, clear photos and the sequence of the problem whenever possible.
Is field service available?
Field-service coverage depends on location, machine, safety, travel and scheduling. Call the nearest store to determine whether field support or shop transport is the better plan.
