Common questions

Answers before you call.

What information helps with a fabrication & machine work request?

Bring measurements, photos and the failed component when possible. Explain the load, motion and environment the part works in.

Should I include the machine serial number?

Yes. Send the complete model and serial number, current hours, machine location, fault codes, clear photos and the sequence of the problem whenever possible.

Is field service available?

Field-service coverage depends on location, machine, safety, travel and scheduling. Call the nearest store to determine whether field support or shop transport is the better plan.
